About This Site
Turbanhead.com,was begun in 1997 as a personal website. A few months later, as part of a court order manadated by a superior court judge, these disturbed people (some of them who are off their medication) were required to put in seven years of hard labor on a web site that was thought provoking, controversial and sometimes funny. They were also told to tap dance while the judge threw peanuts at them.
